The internationally acclaimed Nordic trio Dreamers’ Circus will perform at the University of Georgia Performing Arts Center’s Hodgson Concert Hall on Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. as part of the UGA Presents ’25-’26 season.

The University of Georgia will celebrate the visual, literary and performing arts with more than 40 events and exhibitions in November during the 14th annual Spotlight on the Arts festival.

The UGA Performing Arts Center continues its 30th anniversary season with the return of world-renowned pianist Angela Hewitt on Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. at Hodgson Concert Hall.

UGA Presents welcomes the Camerata Nordica Octet to Hodgson Concert Hall on Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The concert, part of the “Nordic Dream: Voices from Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden” series, will feature the world premiere tour of Hanna Helgegren’s “The Nordic Seasons,” a piece with film inspired by Scandinavian folk music.

The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center presents the return of Grammy Award-winning mandolinist, singer, songwriter, composer and MacArthur Fellow Chris Thile on Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Hodgson Concert Hall.

The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center will present the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Ensemble in the annual Jack Payne Memorial Concert on Oct. 5 at 3 p.m. in Hodgson Concert Hall. Admission is free, but tickets are required.

Launched in spring of 2025, the donor-funded Layton Design Studio bridges academic learning and professional practice. Students work as a team of art directors with non-profit and business clients alike from concept to execution, cycling through the many facets of project development, pricing and deliverables.

Georgia playwright Lauren Gunderson’s “The Revolutionists” is a darkly comedic play set during the French Revolution, bringing together four unlikely heroines — playwright Olympe de Gouges, assassin Charlotte Corday, former queen Marie Antoinette and Haitian rebel Marianne Angelle — who wrestle with art, violence, legacy and the meaning of change in uncertain times.

The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center welcomes Symbio, the acclaimed Swedish electro-folk duo, for both an evening performance and afternoon insights on Sept. 25. These events are part of the Nordic Dream: Voices from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden series, which highlights exceptional Scandinavian artists.

UGA Presents welcomes internationally acclaimed violinist Augustin Hadelich to Hodgson Concert Hall on Sept. 30 at 7:30 p.m. Hadelich, celebrated for his phenomenal technique, ravishing tone and insightful interpretations, will appear in an unaccompanied recital featuring music by Telemann, Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson, Ysaÿe, Paganini and J.S. Bach.
